五感食物教室 Senses of Food Studio

以貨櫃組合呈現傳統三合院的『埕』,將食物教室置於空間中心,半開放廣場因應使用產生不同功能,同時提供民眾短暫休憩使用。

展覽以五感體驗為主軸,規劃五個展區介紹宜蘭的風土文化,從『聽到稻田的聲音』設置百年風榖機,聽見稻穀與空氣摩擦的聲音 ;以放大鏡展示宜16 種米『 看見稻米的秘密 』 ; 『嚐到食物的醃製味 』收集 12 種醃製品 ; 『聞到果實的芬芳 』初選六種代表產物,透過裝置讓民眾自主產生氣味 ; 讓手直接觸碰各種土壤質地『摸到土地的奧秘 』。

Reproduced SanHe Yuan (三合院) – the traditional Chinese residential compound by combining shipping containers. The feature of Sanhe Yuan is a semi-open courtyard.
The centre of building was exhibition room,and the semi-open courtyard was a multifunctional space:exhibition room,pantry and rest area.
The Food Studio divided into five parts to show visitors Yilan’s local culture and food: 1. Sounds from paddy field
2. Rice under the microscope 3. Tastes of pickled
4. Smells of fruits
5. Touch the soil
